-> The Rosalind Project

It has now been about a year and a half since I started this blog. Over that time, I’ve interviewed numerous professionals in the fields of archaeology and anthropology and learned a ton. During that time, I have also had my interests and plans for the future develop as I get closer and closer to college, and my goals have solidified. I now know that I will be pursuing some kind of biological science in college and in my future, though I absolutely want to continue having the influence of anthropology and social science in whatever I do. So, I am doing a bit of rebranding on The Archaeology Project to shift its focus more to my current and future interest: the biological sciences. That begins with the changing of the title from The Archaeology Project to The Rosalind Project, in honor of Rosalind Franklin, the forgotten heroine of DNA. This will allow the blog to become more broad, as I continue to share experiences, interviews, and my own exploration into the field of biology, continuing to do so through a lens of gender. I am super excited to explore more into this field and learn more about topics that really interest me!
